COVID-19: 18 die from coronavirus infection, 4524 new infected in 24 hours

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours, an additional 4,524 people have been found infected with the coronavirus.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 1624 people were found infected with the 14,672 RT-PCR tests, while 160 were found COVID-19 infected in the 1009 antigen tests.

In the last 24 hours, 18 people have died due to coronavirus infection across the country.

Currently, the number of actively infected with the coronavirus has remained 26,225 people. The total number of deaths have reached at 3,194.

Of those infected with the coronavirus, 315 were in the ICU and 84 in the ventilators. Of them, 112 are in ICU and 45 in ventilator in Kathmandu Valley.
