14 MW Kulekhani III begins power generation

Hetauda, Oct 14 : Khulekhani III hydropower project has begun test power generation today.

The hydro project based at Bhimphedi Rural Municiplaity-1 Sanutar has linked its power generation to the national grid.

The project (14 megawatt) was jointly constructed by Government of Nepal and Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) at the total cost of over 4.63 billion rupees.
