China to provide one million doses of COVID-19 vaccine to Nepal

KATHMANDU: China to provide one million doses of coronavirus vaccine to Nepal.

In a telephone conversation between the Presidents of Nepal and China on Wednesday, Chinese President Xi Jinping announced that China will provide 1 million doses of vaccine to Nepal.

After a telephone conversation between the two presidents, Chinese Ambassador to Nepal Hau Yanqi announced that China had agreed to provide additional doses of vaccines to Nepal as a grant.

Earlier, China had donated 800,000 doses of Sinopharm’s Verosel vaccine to Nepal.
