President Bhandari remove State 2 Chief Rajesh Jha

KATHMANDU: State Chief of State 2 Rajesh Jha (Ahiraj) is relieved of his office. President Bidya Devi Bhandari has relieved Jha from the State Chief on the recommendation of the Sher Bahadur Deuba cabinet.

The KP Sharma Oli government had appointed Jha as the State Chief three months ago.

A meeting of the Council of Ministers had recommended Hari Shankar Mishra of Sarlahi for the post of State Chief.

Recently, the Deuba cabinet had removed State Chief of Gandaki and Lumbini provinces.
