Foreign Secretary Lamsal pays courtesy call on Minister Labour of Oman

Kathmandu, Aug 7: Foreign Secretary Ms. Sewa Lamsal paid a courtesy call on Dr Mahad bin Said bin Ali Baowain, Minister of Labour, Sultanate of Oman today.

Matters related to the mutual concerns including MoU in the field of Labour and Manpower Exchange, employment opportunity, among others were discussed during the meeting, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Also today, the first meeting of Nepal-Oman Bilateral Consultation Mechanism (BCM) was held in Muscat, the capital of Oman. During the meeting, two sides reviewed the overall state of Nepal-Oman bilateral relationship and discussed on enhancing the engagements in various areas of mutual interest, it is stated.
