COVID-19: 9,841 people recovered, 96 died in 24 hours

KATHMANDU: In the last 24 hours, the number of people recovered with the coronavirus has reached 9,841. This is the largest number of people to be recovered in a single day.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, the death toll has dropped to less than 100 after 18 days. In the last 24 hours, 96 people have lost their lives due to coronavirus infection. The total death toll have reached 7,047. A total of 6,951 have been confirmed infected.

In 19,313 RT-PCR tests, 6,855 and in 797 antigen tests, 96 cases were confirmed. The total number of people infected with the coronavirus in Nepal has reached 549,111. The number of active infected cases has dropped to 113,394.
